Job summary

The role requires an active California RN license, BLS, IAMTAC, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, with leadership and delegation experience. The position entails night shifts and full-time hours at MarinHealth Medical Center.

Qualifications

• California RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification from AHA required at hire.
• IAMTAC within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS from AHA required at hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale Training and Certification (NIHSS) required at hire.
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and delegate to ensure safe patient care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate the patient care plan; adjust as needed.
• Direct emergency interventions and collaborate with physicians and other team members.
• Advocate for patients and maintain patient safety and comfort while delegating appropriately.
