Responsibilities include developing education programs, mentoring staff, and collaborating with clinical disciplines to implement new programs. Estimated salary is $52.50/hour. Schedule is 10-20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse license required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS, PALS or NRP certification required based on area of specialty.
  • Two years of clinical or teaching experience.

This position supports clinical staff in an area of specialization for the advancement of clinical practice and professional development. Utilizes innovative education planning and programming. Demonstrates expertise in clinical practice. Collaborates and consults with clinical administrative disciplines for new programs and service improvement. Demonstrates leadership through role modeling, mentoring and utilizing research principles to facilitate and promote evidence based practice. The clinical RN Educator is recognized for clinical and educational expertise.

Estimated salary range for this position is $52.50 /hour.

Work schedule: 10 - 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Degrees:

  • Bachelors.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support.
  • Registered Nurse.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, BSN.
  • 2 years of clinical or teaching experience.
  • ACLS, PALS or NRP certification required based on area of specialty.
  • Certification in area of specialty or obtained within 2 years of hire.

Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years of Clinical Education on the following CVOR, ARU, Cath Lab, EP, Perfusionist and Anesthesia Techs.
