Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Risk Management Plan to reduce liability exposure and promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Manage the electronic event reporting system and coordinate responses to adverse events.
• Support patient grievance processes and facilitate root cause analyses.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and recommend system-wide improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to identify, analyze, and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
