Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Risk Management experience.
• State of Florida RN license, LCSW, or a Risk Management related field.
• Experience with incident reporting systems and patient safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Risk Management Plan using the TER-M document to reduce liability exposure.
• Manage the electronic event reporting system and coordinate adverse event responses.
• Support the patient grievance process and facilitate root cause analyses.
• Manage local claims in partnership with legal and corporate teams.
• Provide risk-related education and maintain accreditation standards compliance.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and drive system-wide improvements.
