Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Risk Management experience.
• State of Florida RN license or LCSW or risk management related field licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Risk Management Plan through the TER M framework to reduce liability and promote safety.
• Manage the electronic event reporting system and coordinate responses to adverse events.
• Support the patient grievance process and facilitate root cause analyses.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and recommend system-wide improvements.
• Collaborate with legal, clinical and operational teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
