Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Nursing required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 2 years of patient safety/risk management experience in a clinical leadership role.
• Experience with Epic and RL Solutions preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• RN license in Illinois preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient and procedural events to identify risks.
• Assess potential liabilities and coordinate risk mitigation with leaders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement safety improvements.
• Provide education on patient safety and risk management.
• Coordinate communications of untoward outcomes per protocol.
• Attend monthly risk/claims meetings at hospital sites.
• Travel to Endeavor Health locations as needed.
• Takes on-call duty 24/7 as rotating duty.
