Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager at our Evanston, IL site to lead patient safety and risk management initiatives. You will review events, work with Claims and Legal teams, and partner with clinical leaders to develop mitigation strategies and high reliability practices.

You will be responsible for coordinating risk assessments, education, and timely communication across departments, including 24/7 on-call coverage and travel to Endeavor Health locations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or nursing required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 2+ years in patient safety/risk management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Epic and RL Solutions preferred.
• Strong communication and professional interaction across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review events to identify risks and liabilities and implement mitigation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure swift risk reduction.
• Coordinate with Claims Management and Legal teams on notices and liabilities.
• Provide education and training on patient safety and risk management.
• Take on-call duties 24/7 and travel to Endeavor Health locations as needed.
