Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. seeks a Retention Laser Technician to support surgeons and maintain key physician relationships.

The role focuses on performing laser procedure support, education, and case management within the assigned division, with strong emphasis on patient safety and equipment handling. You will travel up to 80% to support surgical cases and spend the remaining time documenting activities in CRM and completing office tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and be able to bend and reach repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as physician contact for strategic surgeons within the assigned division.
• Perform surgical case support, laser education, and CRM data entries as required.
• Present in operating rooms as needed and assist with procedures per physician demand.
• Remove, clean, disinfect, and sterilize all surgical equipment after procedures.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete daily admin tasks including work orders, logs, timecards, incident and expense reporting.
