Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nebraska or a compact state.
• BSN required within three years of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; charge/supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS certification required for Critical Care Areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and ongoing staff competency development.
• Participate in performance improvement projects and safety initiatives.
• Coach staff on practice standards and conduct investigations of concerns.
• Assist Nurse Manager with interviewing and hiring processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and implementation of unit changes.
