Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research QC and Preceptorship Lead to oversee onboarding, coaching, and ongoing education for clinical research coordinators. You will design resources, tools, and SOPs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and study protocols across teams.

You will mentor CRCs, collaborate with investigators and leadership, and drive continuous improvement in training programs while maintaining high-quality research practices and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, research, or healthcare work, with a focus on clinical trial coordination, monitoring, or training.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they are equipped with tools and resources for success.
• Develop and refine training resources and standard operating procedures for the team.
• Collaborate with investigators and managers to identify gaps and drive improvements across teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and CAPAs, ensuring sustained improvements in processes.
• Mentor CRCs and coordinate with computer application specialists to align paper and electronic data systems.
