Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring they are equipped with tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Shadow coordinators during initial study visits to ensure adherence to processes and protocols.
• Monitor coordinators' work for accuracy, efficiency and protocol compliance; coach or escalate when deviations occur.
• Troubleshoot and guide coordinators on complex tasks including regulatory compliance, patient management, data collection, and protocol implementation.
• Ensure coordinators follow current guidance documents and best practices during onboarding and continued education.
• Deliver targeted real-time feedback during early participant and protocol coordination to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with investigators, team managers, and leads to identify and correct trends across teams.
• Design and implement standardized evaluation of clinical research competencies to confirm staff understanding and application.
