Job summary

Avera Research Institute in Sioux Falls seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator – Training to develop and maintain study training programs across trials, spanning onboarding, protocol-specific plans, and ongoing staff education. You will work with leadership and teams to ensure readiness, compliance, and high-quality, participant-centered research.

The role involves direct participant interaction, training optimization, and collaboration with investigators to support regulatory adherence and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/science field.
• 1-3 years Human Research.
• 1-3 years Laboratory or clinical experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studies per Good Clinical Practices and SOPs.
• Prepare and review Case Report Forms and data entry.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens and manage supplies.
• Screen, recruit, and enroll participants per eligibility criteria.
• Ensure ethical conduct and accurate, complete data documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and study staff.
