Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field; CLIA lab experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of supervised CLIA-lab experience handling human specimens.
• Strong attention to detail and good written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests on clinical samples following SOPs to ensure accuracy.
• Interpret and report test results under supervision.
• Log, record, and track clinical specimens; maintain records.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment; assist with supplies and workflow.
