Job summary

DelRicht Research seeks a Healthcare Project Manager to guide the team responsible for preparing new clinical trials for activation and execution across its growing site network. You will combine clinical expertise, project management, quality oversight, and people leadership to position sites for rapid activation and patient enrollment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare project management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day leadership to other team members.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, solve problems independently, and escalate appropriately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up activities to position sites for activation and first patient screening.
• Establish and communicate accurate activation timelines; maintain detailed project plans.
• Identify barriers and dependencies early; monitor milestones (activation, screening, first patient visits).
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance development for coordinators.
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to ensure timely handoffs and clear expectations.
• Ensure resources align with protocol, maintain audit-ready documentation, and uphold quality.
