This is not a formal people-management role today, but you’ll gain hands-on leadership, project management, and problem-solving experience while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in management or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Ability to give clear direction and hold others accountable.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and support to a team of coordinators.
• Assign work based on priorities, deadlines, and team capacity.
