Qualifications

Requires associate degree in clinical research, healthcare, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ year of work experience in clinical trial operations, including regulatory, safety, and biospecimen management.
Proficiency in GCP/GLP/HIPAA/OSHA and IATA regulations is essential.
Experience interpreting research protocols and using clinical trial management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision and mentorship for Lab Research Assistants, Clinical Research Assistants, and coordinators.
Oversee biospecimen collection, processing, shipping, and documentation per protocol and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate vital signs, ECGs, and lab specimens with data integrity and protocol adherence.
Ensure patient safety and confidentiality across all clinic and research activities.
Develop and monitor SOPs and ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and corporate policies.
