Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Research Supervisor to support its Digestive Health program, focusing on GI and IBD studies. You will lead a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and collaborate with Principal Investigators, physicians, and research leadership to ensure trials run according to protocol and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes day-to-day oversight, protocol compliance, adverse event reporting, and overall study operations, with opportunities to drive team performance

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Clinical Research Coordinators.
• Strong knowledge of protocol deviations and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with AE/SAE reporting and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with Principal Investigators and study teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and support to a team of Clinical Research Coordinators.
• Serve as primary liaison between Principal Investigators, physicians, coordinators, and research staff.
• Oversee study operations and ensure protocol execution.
• Assign and prioritize study-related responsibilities across the research team.
• Support coordinators with study questions, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Monitor study conduct to ensure compliance with sponsor, regulatory, and institutional requirements.
• Review protocol deviations and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting.
• Identify, document, and support reporting of adverse events and serious adverse events.
• Partner closely with investigators and stakeholders to support study enrollment and execution.
• Assist with process improvements, workflow optimization, and team development.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for research operations issues.
