AdventHealth's Digestive Health Research program seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II RN to oversee GI/IBD trials, coordinating with physicians, sponsors, and research teams. This role blends patient care with research duties, enabling ongoing clinical engagement while advancing therapies for GI conditions.

Candidates should have ADN/BSN, BLS, and RN experience in GI/IBD or related areas, plus research exposure and a commitment to building a long-term clinical research career.

Qualifications

• RN experience in GI/IBD/Endoscopy/Digestive Health/Infusion Therapy
• Research experience
• Interest in clinical research as a long-term career

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage GI/IBD clinical research studies
• Screen potential study participants and determine eligibility
• Educate patients on study participation and obtain informed consent
• Execute study visits according to research protocols
• Perform clinical assessments and collect study-related data
• Collaborate with physicians, research coordinators, sponsors, and study teams
• Track protocol compliance and ensure accurate documentation
• Administer investigational medications and treatments when required
• Monitor participants throughout the study process
• Maintain high-quality regulatory and research documentation
