Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 1–3 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Ability to perform blood draws, vitals, and ECGs where allowed by state law.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and apply research protocols and clinic policies.
• Proficiency with standard office software; willingness to learn clinical research systems.
• Familiarity with CTMS or EDC systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and execution of industry-sponsored trials under site leadership.
• Coordinate patient visits, procedures, and study activities per protocol timelines.
• Support patient recruitment and retention, including chart review and consent coordination.
• Perform protocol-required visits and assessments per protocol and GCP.
• Handle clinical procedures like vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and accountability.
• Process laboratory specimens and prepare shipments per protocol and IATA regs.
• Maintain accurate study documentation including source records and CRFs.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and resolve data queries promptly.
• Serve as point of contact for study participants throughout participation.
• Support monitoring visits by sponsors/CROs and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and investigational products.
• Protect human research participants per federal regs, GCP, HIPAA.
