Job summary

St. Luke’s is seeking a Clinical Research Supervisor to oversee day-to-day clinical research operations and staff across cardiology, vascular, kidney and related areas in Boise and Meridian.

The role reports to the Business Development Director and covers study startup, enrollment, execution and program performance, with occasional travel between sites and possible weekend coverage. Responsibilities include supervising research personnel, ensuring adherence to GCP/IRB and regulations,

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in clinical research supervision.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and performance of research staff.
• Ensure studies comply with protocol, GCP, IRB, and regulations.
• Assist staffing, onboarding, and retention of research personnel.
• Oversee workload distribution and operational support for studies.
• Collaborate with investigators to support study startup, enrollment, and performance.
• Support audits, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness.
