Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
• Recent Oncology research experience required.
• Ability to manage site processes and staff functions.

Responsibilities

• Process optimization: develop and implement SOPs to improve site quality and compliance.
• Scale the site by managing enrollment and resolving legacy issues.
• Mentor staff and ensure full operational capability.
