Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field or equivalent
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75% on a regular basis
• US-only note about site access and privacy considerations

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects patient confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity.
• Per CMP/SMP: Assess site processes; conduct Source Document Review; verify CRF data; manage queries to closure.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security; ensure proper labeling and release.
• Routinely reviews ISF for accuracy; reconcile with TMF; ensure archiving per guidelines.
• Documents activities via letters/logs; support recruitment and tracking; enter data into tracking systems.
• Understand project scope, budgets, timelines; manage site-level communications; adapt to changes.
• May act as liaison with site personnel; ensure training and compliance; train junior staff as needed.
• Prepare for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; participate in trainings.
• Support audit readiness and follow-up actions; maintain knowledge of guidelines and SOPs.
