Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Site Liaison to oversee day-to-day activities for research sites in early-phase oncology trials. This role ensures trial implementation meets Moffitt standards and federal regulations and oversees enrollment, safety reporting, data collection, and regulatory activities.

The CLS I is the entry-level position in the career band, with progression reflecting growing expertise, project management, and leadership abilities within the research

Summary

The Clinical Research Site Liaison is responsible for the day-to-day management of the activities for research sites participating on early phase oncology clinical research trials.

The Clinical Research Site Liaison provides support and oversight for the life cycle of the project, ensuring trial implementation is conducted to Moffitt’s standards and is compliant with Moffitt processes and federal regulations. This position oversees site performance during the execution of the trial including enrollment, safety event recording and reporting, data collection, recognizing and correcting trends, and regulatory activities.

The Clinical Research Site Liaison I, is the first level within in career band. Progression to higher levels within the career band reflects increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management, and ability to influence others.

Minimum Education

• Associate's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Biology or Life Sciences, or related field

Minimum Experience Required

• Associate's degree plus 3 years clinical trials experience patient facing coordination, data management, regulatory, or other research coordination. Must have knowledge of clinical research regulations and processes.

Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required

Preferred Licensure (Other)

• ACRP or SoCRA Certification

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, Biology or Life Sciences, or related field

Salary Range

$25.06 - $38.24
