Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support patients in therapeutic clinical trials. You will interact directly with patients, screen and enroll participants, educate them on trial processes, and guide them through visits while ensuring safety and protocol compliance.

The role offers a hybrid work model after a 90-day training period, with paid onboarding and access to the CTO Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration field is preferred.
• CCRP/CCRC or equivalent certification preferred.
• 1 year of relevant clinical, health-related, scientific, business or research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with medical staff and document per standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Act as liaison between investigators, regulatory staff, and sponsor.
• Screen, enroll, and monitor study subjects with protocol compliance and safety oversight.
• Maintain data and source documentation and report adverse events.
• Perform administrative duties requiring analysis and judgment within study protocol.
• Work under supervision to implement and coordinate research activities.

Relocation assistance may be provided.Position Highlights:• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with medical staff and document in accordance with standards and regulatory guidelines with direction of a mentor or supervisor.• Act as liaison between the investigators, Moffitt regulatory staff and the sponsor. • Will assist to screen, enroll, and follow study subjects, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while the subjects are on study.• Responsible for data and source documentation and adverse experience reporting.• Perform diverse administrative duties requiring analysis, sound judgment, and a high level of knowledge of study protocol.• Will work under general supervision and direction from the supervisor and Principal Investigator to implement and coordinate research, including administrative procedures.Credentials and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree (preferred field of study scientific, health related or business administration program)* with one (1) year of relevant clinical, health related, scientific, business or research experience*In lieu of bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant clinical, health related, scientific, business or research experience• CCRP/CCRC or equivalent preferred.Salary Range$26.32 - $40.14Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
