Job summary

AdventHealth Celebration is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse to deliver safe care and coordinate clinical trials within the research program. You will collaborate with physicians, ARNPs, and CRNs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in clinical research, an RN license, and an Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive benefits and ongoing education provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years clinical research experience
• RN license required
• Associate degree in Nursing required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities across multiple protocols
• Serve as liaison between Principal Investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure informed consent, documentation, and patient safety per regulatory requirements
• Maintain study files and assist with site monitoring and audits
