Job summary

Irvine Clinical Research, the West Coast’s largest independent memory research center, seeks a friendly Recruitment Coordinator for our Irvine clinic. You will recruit participants for Alzheimer’s studies via phone, build rapport, and present research as a care option. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential hybrid work after 6 months.

The starting wage is $25 per hour (~$52k/year). We offer comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and 3 weeks PTO annually.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to effectively call potential participants.
• Ability to build trust with individuals concerned about memory issues.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable data entry.

Responsibilities

• Recruit study participants via short telephone interviews and outbound calls to meet scheduling goals.
• Build rapport with potential participants to ensure engagement and retention.
• Promote Irvine Clinical Research’s services and the opportunity to contribute to Alzheimer’s disease research.
• Work independently while achieving recruitment targets and reporting results.
• Input data into electronic systems accurately and timely.
• Assist with other recruitment, marketing, and outreach efforts as needed.
