Job summary

City of Hope Beckman Research Institute is seeking an Associate Project Manager in the Department of Surgery. You will coordinate research activities, manage databases, and support protocol development and regulatory compliance to advance translational research.

Key duties include coordinating with PIs and staff, recruiting participants, and ensuring data integrity and timely study completion. Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience.
• Experience with grant proposals is preferred.
• Experience with REDCap and related lab/clinical science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects from initiation through completion with defined goals and timelines.
• Coordinate protocol submissions with investigators and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee research databases ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, scientists and research teams to support collaboration.
• Recruit, consent, and support study participants while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform protocol-specific activities and ensure rigor and reproducibility.
