Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computational biology, applied mathematics, statistics, biological sciences, or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience writing grant proposals preferred.
• Experience with REDCap and related laboratory/clinical science knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage research projects from initiation through completion with defined goals, timelines, and endpoints.
• Coordinate protocol submissions with investigators, committees, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
• Oversee research databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for faculty and stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians, scientists, and research teams to support collaboration and translational research.
• Recruit, consent, and support study participants while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform protocol-specific activities and ensure research is conducted with quality, rigor, and reproducibility.
• Identify and resolve protocol, operational, and data management issues to support study success.
