We are looking for an Associate Project Manager within the Department of Surgery. You will collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) and research administration staff to develop, coordinate, and facilitate the research activities of various projects. These responsibilities include building institutional databases, consenting patients in clinic, monitoring clinical studies for the PI, assisting with the development and drafting of clinical protocols, providing project management support throughout the study lifecycle, and assembling data needed for conference presentations, publications, and grant proposals.
You will collaborate closely with the PI, faculty, and staff to manage projects; develop single investigator and large, multidisciplinary, multi‑investigator studies; ensure regulatory compliance; and drive successful and timely completion of studies.
