Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. seeks a Research Project Manager in New York to support the CSRC across start-up, coordination, and maintenance of clinical trials.

Qualifications

• A BA or equivalent degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in coordination of federally regulated/industry‑sponsored clinical trials.
• Three-year time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CSRC staff and coordinate daily research activities.
• Support study start-up activities and IRB submissions.
• Liaise with NYSPI HRPP and other departments.
• Coordinate participant schedules and study visits.
• Develop data collection instruments and databases.
• Interact with research participants for scheduling, vitals, phlebotomy, and imaging support.
• Provide administrative support and assist with grants and protocols.
