Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• CCRP, CCRA, or ACRP-CP preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and analytic abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of research projects involving human subjects.
• Train and supervise project staff and volunteers as needed.
• Develop and implement participant recruitment plan.
• Assist in planning, data management, and analysis for the project.
• Promote the project through marketing, website, and other sources.
• Coordinate project meetings and draft minutes.
• Contribute to presentations, publications, and dissemination of results.
• Oversee biospecimen handling and infection control procedures.
• Prepare IRB protocols, amendments, annual reviews, risk assessments, and consent documents.
• Support PI in regulatory reporting and sponsor communications.
