Job summary

You will oversee grant administration, governance, and communications with sponsors and collaborators, ensuring rigorous program infrastructure and compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of related experience.
• Master's degree with 5–7 years of experience preferred.
• This position is contingent upon grant funding.
• Knowledge of academic research workflows and federal/non-federal grant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads program development, communication coordination, and operational infrastructure for the research program.
• Manages relationships among the chair, investigators, sponsors, and administrative offices.
• Develops sustainable research infrastructure and improves grant pre/post‑award processes.
• Oversees internal educational research programs, event planning, and general correspondence for the program.
