The role provides leadership to scientific operations staff, oversees day-to-day research activities, budget management, and collaboration with upper management to advance NIH-funded projects and clinical research goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with five years of relevant leadership and operations experience.
• Knowledge of business and management principles; ability to direct, manage, implement and evaluate department operations.
• Ability to establish center goals aligned with strategic plan and to supervise and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Leads meetings with research staff; coordinates center operations and programmatic activities.
• Oversees budget, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborates with upper management on proposals, regulatory compliance, and NIH-funded projects.
• Ensures compliance with University policies and procedures and maintains internal controls.
