Job summary

The manager will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, monitor progress across studies, and address operational challenges to meet recruitment and timeline goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, public health, health sciences, biological sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical research, research administration, or program management.
• Experience supervising or mentoring research staff and coordinating human subjects research.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day implementation of the Center's active clinical research studies, ensuring adherence to study protocols and timelines.
• Translate strategic priorities into operational work plans and monitor execution across projects.
• Coordinate study workflows including recruitment, scheduling, data collection, and study tracking.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor study timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Supervise Clinical Research Coordinators and oversee study progress.
