Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience required and supervisory experience 3-5 years preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinical research professionals, including nurses and coordinators, to ensure deliverables.
• Oversee planning and execution of studies, including timelines, budgets, and data management.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA regulations, IRB policies, and risk mitigation.
