Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking a Program Coordinator I to support MUSC Children's Health in the day-to-day operations of clinical research. You will assist the Program Manager, PIs, and research staff in coordinating human subject activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role involves site management, recruitment, scheduling visits, data collection, and maintenance of regulatory files. On-site with some flexibility for remote work and occasional weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; plus at least 1 year of work experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 2–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations of clinical research and assist with site management.
• Coordinate human subject activities across stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit study participants, schedule visits, and collect data and lab samples.
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory files and support protocol adherence.
• Work on-site with occasional remote work and weekend coverage as needed.
