The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) invites applications for a Program Coordinator II to manage study procedures for patients enrolled in phase I–IV clinical trials. You will coordinate IRB/IBC submissions, budget reviews, study visits, and data collection while ensuring GCP compliance and accurate recordkeeping.

Based in Charleston, SC, this role supports the program manager, mentors junior staff, and acts as a primary liaison with sponsors and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and four years of relevant program experience.

Responsabilidades

• Completing required submissions to the IRB and IBC.
• Reviewing budgets and contracts with the program manager and internal departments.
• Scheduling and conducting study visits and assessments per protocol.
• Collecting and processing research specimens and maintaining inventory.
• Ensuring data collection follows GCP and ALCOA++ guidelines.
• Recording adverse events as required per protocol.
• Maintaining logs in the Investigator site files and preparing study documentation for monitoring visits.
• Serving as liaison between site staff, sponsors, and study vendors.
• Mentoring junior staff and acting as an expert resource for study procedures.
• Updating and maintaining internal CTMS systems and EPIC billing charges.
