Qualifications

• N.P. or P.A. degree from an accredited school.
• Licensure in Massachusetts.
• Preferred past experience in diabetes clinical care or clinical research.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases/spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Performs Clinical Research Assessments and Procedures.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice and FDA regulations.
• Develops, designs, implements and monitors clinical research policies and procedures.
• Provides education, training and direction to clinical research teams.
• Collaborates with BIDMC and LSP to align policies with organizational goals.
• Promotes safety and regulatory compliance in the research environment.
