Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience.
• 5+ clinical research experience with increasing people management responsibilities preferred.
• SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred OR ACRP Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages delivery of safe care with regard for the dignity and respect of all patients/participants.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of the clinical research team and staffing schedules.
• Leads Talent Acquisition, team development, and performance management of research staff.
• Develops and maintains SOPs and ensures adherence across operations.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to promote growth for study team members.
