The Clinical Research Nurse reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) is a registered professional nurse responsible for serving as a liaison between Northwestern University (NU) clinical research investigator teams (e.g., investigator-initiated trials, sponsor trials) and Northwestern Medical Group (NMG). The CRN demonstrates exemplary clinical research knowledge, strong communication skills, and collaborates with the inter-professional team to ensure proper implementation and conduct of clinical research studies throughout the protocol lifecycle.
