Job summary

DelRicht Research in Louisville, KY is seeking a Clinical Research Medical Assistant to support patient care in clinical trials and ensure accurate data entry within EMR systems. You will collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and physician partners to deliver a positive patient experience.

The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, prefer a B.S./B.A., and bring frontline customer-facing healthcare exposure. This full-time role is on-site and located in Louisville.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles.
• Preferred B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university.
• Preferred experience in a frontline, customer-facing service role.
• Preferred professional experience in a patient-facing healthcare position.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, comfortable patient experience for participants in clinical trials.
• Efficiently complete patient care visits with adherence to trial protocols.
• Accurately enter clinical data across multiple EMR systems.
• Serve as a trusted resource for sponsors, CROs, and physician partners.
• Deliver a memorable onsite experience and maintain clear, proactive communication.
• Maintain strong physician partnerships and coordinate scheduling, patients, and protocols.

Clinical Research Medical Assistant’s Main Objective:

• A fun, positive and comfortable patient experience for patients enrolled in our clinical trials
• Efficient, accurate completion of patient care visits, maintaining 100% compliance with clinical trial protocols
• Timely, accurately clinical data entry across multiple online electronic medical record systems
• Serve as a trusted resource for pharmaceutical sponsors, contract research organizations, and our physician partners.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience onsite, and instill confidence in our customers through clear, constant virtual communication when clients are not on-site.
• Maintain strong physician partnerships, serving as a knowledgeable resource to our physicians for scheduling, patients, and protocols

Skills needed to win:

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Preferred B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university
• Preferred: Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position
• Preferred: Experience in a frontline, customer-facing service role

Job Type: Full-Time, 40+ hrs

Location: On-site in Louisville, KY

Hours and Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
