Job summary

Arizona Liver Health seeks a Research Manager to lead the clinical research program in Flagstaff. You will oversee protocol implementation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance under FDA and GCP standards, coordinating with sponsors and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to drive high-quality trials and patient safety at onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, GCP, and biomedical ethics.
• Clear, professional communication with sponsors, staff, and regulators.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality research delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage conduct of clinical research activities under PI or sub-investigator.
• Coordinate and implement protocols in compliance with FDA CFR, GCP and SOPs.
• Record data, assist patient assessments, schedule, maintain study files and supplies.
• Lead daily operations of the research program and supervise CRCs, phlebotomists, and pharmacy staff.
• Recruit patients in collaboration with the recruitment team and meet site visit targets.
• Ensure data entry accuracy into EDC/CTMS for visits and research information.
• Provide training and retraining to staff; conduct weekly site meetings.
