Qualifications

• Minimum college degree in the sciences.
• 3+ years clinical research experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise study staff including coordinators, recruiters, lab technicians, and data coordinators.
• Coordinate monitoring visits and ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA CFR, ICH, and IRB guidelines.
• Support recruitment strategies and ensure enrollment targets are met.
