Washington University in St. Louis seeks an experienced Clinical Research Program Manager to lead planning, conduct, and evaluation of clinical studies. You will oversee budgets, regulatory compliance, and the research team to ensure ethical, high-integrity operations.

You will coordinate with nurses, investigators, and staff to implement protocols, maintain data quality, and promote participant safety throughout all trial phases. Strong supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of clinical or research experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred.
• SOCRA/ACRP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with grant compliance and FDA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Screens and recruits participants directly or by telephone.
• Manages patient care and follow-up for protocol participants.
• Ensures case report forms are complete and data is tracked.
• Develops and implements a monthly research activity calendar.
• Supervises the research administration team.
