Job summary

Pinnacle Clinical Research- A Summit Solution is seeking a Laboratory Technician to manage daily lab operations, collect and process samples, and maintain documentation and supplies. The role requires phlebotomy experience and strong communication in a collaborative clinical trial setting.

The incumbent will work closely with the PCR team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support inventory control while following SOPs and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred with at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and laboratory data systems (CRIO/CTMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab tests, collect subject specimens, and process samples per study lab manual.
• Conduct daily phlebotomy and specimen processing and ship biological samples per protocols.
• Maintain inventory, temperature logs, and lab records with accurate data entry.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and equipment; report calibration needs.
• Communicate with coordinators, physicians, nurses, and sponsors while adhering to SOPs.
