Responsibilities

• Promotes professional development of clinical staff and acts as a role model for evidence-based practice.
• Coordinates system-wide education on research activities.
• Assists in preparation of abstracts and manuscripts; disseminates research findings.
• Chairs the Research and EBP Committee and participates in governance meetings.
• Mentors colleagues in research activities and supports IRB processes.
