Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Data Coordinator I to support day-to-day data management for oncology trials. You will collect, abstract, enter, and maintain study data, collaborating with coordinators, investigators, and sponsors to ensure quality and timeliness of data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of college.
• One year of experience in medical records, cancer registry, or related field.
• Experience with databases and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting, abstracting, and coding data from medical records and research records according to protocol.
• Enter study data into electronic data capture systems and sponsor systems with accuracy.
• Review data for completeness and identify discrepancies or queries for resolution.
• Maintain study databases and study records and documentation.
• Support quality control activities, including routine audits and data verification.
