Job summary

Strong written communication and confidentiality are essential. You will collaborate with physicians, lab managers, and imaging staff, attend tumor boards, and contribute to policy reviews and account oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in biology, microbiology or clinical sciences.
• Clinical research duties experience in a clinical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with statistical software and data handling.
• Ability to follow SOPs and IRB processes.
• Experience interpreting medical charts and abstracting data.
• Strong planning, organizational and deadline-tracking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and perform SOPs in pre-clinical to clinical research.
• Recruit, screen, enroll participants; schedule with clinics.
• Maintain protocol records and liaison with teams and IRB submissions.
• Communicate with physicians, research groups, and imaging facility staff.
• Attend weekly meetings and review university policies and accounts.
