Job summary

UC San Diego Health invites applications for a full-time Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator in Radiology. The position supports the Women’s Imaging Lab, coordinating clinical research activities and patient enrollment under the PI and lab manager.

Work is onsite in La Jolla with 8-hour days and 100% effort. Responsibilities include data collection, IRB submissions, communication with physicians and research teams, and adherence to GCP and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in biology or clinical sciences.
• Experience performing clinical research duties in a clinical research environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform a wide variety of SOPs in pre-clinical, translational, and clinical research.
• Assist with patient recruitment, screening, enrollment, scheduling with clinics, and data collection.
• Maintain organized records for each protocol and ensure regulatory compliance with GCP/IRB requirements.
