Advanced Urology Institute is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support ongoing clinical trials under the supervision of Clinical Research Managers. The role involves administering trials, collecting data, and communicating study objectives to participants.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide subject care and data collection procedures in adherence with study protocol and good clinical research practices.
• Screen and identify potential subjects for inclusion based on protocol criteria.
• Coordinate and manage the trial, communicate with sponsor and authorities, arrange visits and sampling.
• Collect and manage data, develop source documents, manage patient registration and adverse events.
• Maintain records of study drug inventory and coordinate specimen collection and shipping as required.
• Conduct patient visits, data entry, and preparation for monitoring visits; ensure protocol adherence.
• Schedule appointments and organize materials for study visits; ensure required tests are completed per protocol.
• Ensure training, updated documents, and compliance with HIPAA and Health Code of Conduct; support other offices as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
